After a long, hot summer, it’s always nice when Fall arrives. With the cooler weather approaching, it’s time to start thinking of the holidays, and Halloween is just around the corner. Did you know that Americans spend over eight billion dollars a year on this holiday? Everyone it seems, wants to celebrate, and we are here to make this Halloween even more scary…er special.
Haunted Houses are all over Orange County with more and more popping up each year. This October, why not take it a step further and schedule a Haunted House Tour by reserving a limousine or party bus for your family and friends? Motel 6 Feet Under – Haunted House
Just the name sounds scary, but here is a haunted maze that is guaranteed to scare even the most seasoned Haunted House aficionados. Discover state of the art props, animatronics and a dedicated staff eager to watch you scream. Good news? This is a non profit organization benefiting the local community.

The Empty Grave
One of Orange County’s premier haunted houses located in Laguna Hills, their website asks: “Are You Brave Enough?” With lines to get in, it seems more and more are willing to find out. While the 2016 schedule has yet to be updated on the website, it’s best to sign up for their email list to receive information once it’s released.

The Queen Mary – Dark Harbor
This nationally acclaimed haunted experience, which was highlighted on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, is a house of terror like no other. Discover over 200 ghouls, spirits and more for an unforgettable and truly frightening experience. Some restrictions apply, so it’s important to read the fine print before buying tickets online. The fun begins September 29 through October 31.

Sinister Pointe
If last year was any indication, this was truly a terrifying haunted house experience, where one embarked on a 30 minute fear challenge where you learned to trust your partner. While it’s not been announced what the Sinister Pointe has in store for 2016, chances are, the folks that created this Halloween “must see” will have something very spooky up their sleeves.

Gershon Dungeon
One of the longest running and largest Haunted Homes in Orange County, this is a very scary attraction located in Tustin and not for the faint of heart. In fact, it’s been said that many visitors simply cannot make it all the way through No children under 8 is strongly encouraged and monsters will tone down for young “victims.”

The 17th Door Experience
This is designed for mature audiences, 16 years of age or older, and certainly not for anyone under 13. This is an interactive experience lasting over 30 minutes! Walk through the main character’s shoes and try not to run for the exit.

Haunted Trails
Located along the “scary” trails of Laguna Niguel, also known as “Gallows Bend” discover spirits roaming the trails! Black lights, fog machines, eery music and strobe lights add to the adventure, not to mention the “13 evils” that can pop out at any time. Visitors are urged to wear comfortable shoes!
